THE COTTAGES
Ten modern industrial-design cottages with a common space lawn with fire pit, yard games, and a covered space with grill and picnic table. Each cottage comes with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in addition to a tv and remote controlled AC/heating unit. The Horseshoe Cottages have chic Hill Country-inspired design with names and decorations of local businesses/establishments in Dripping Springs.

THE TRIPLETS
The Triplets are three tiny homes that were carefully and thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate families or small groups. Each bedroom and the living room has an oscillating ceiling fan, remote controlled AC/heating unit, smart TV, and blinds that block sunlight. There is a bar/counter with stools for additional seating or eating space. Each triplet has porch lights and seating on the front porch perfect for enjoying the serene, peace, and beauty of the Hill Country.
